What the Buyer Receives

- Other relevant export and compliance documents

- Professional coordination under a legally structured and compliant framework
How We Operate
- Legal review and verification of all documentation
- Issuance of an official price quotation (FCO)
- Execution of the International Sales Contract (SPA)
- Bank confirmation of payment
- Selection of the appropriate delivery method, based on agreement:
- FOB – Free On Board from the port of origin , TTV / TTT / TTO / FCA / DDP – As per mutual agreement and operational feasibility
- CIF – Cost, Insurance & Freight to the buyer’s destination port
What We Require
- LOI – Official Letter of Intent (signed and stamped)
- CIS – Company Information Sheet
- AML – Anti-Money Laundering documents (when required or based on volume)
- Define the approved method of payment: DLC – MT700 SBLC – MT760 LC – Letter of Credit T/T – Telegraphic Transfer (for small shipments upon approval) MT103 – for FOB shipments TSA - Storage Agreement Tank storage contract.
- TSR - Tank Rent Short-term tank use.
- CPA - Vessel Deal Ship charter agreement
- Q88 - Vessel Info Ship technical file.
- Thuraya - Sat No. Satellite phone contact.
- Proof of Funds: Bank statement (3-6 months) or live balance confirmation, or password-protected PDF or BCL from the buyer bank (original Bank-to-Bank + copy with ATV naming Neftroleum), or RWA-C from the bank/company confirming readiness and capability.
